2026: The Year Emotions Can No Longer Be Bypassed

As we step into 2026, a powerful emotional undercurrent is already making itself known. In this video, I explore a key astrological theme of the year: a Capricorn stellium opposing Jupiter in Cancer. This transit activates our emotional body, ancestral memory, and the deeper threads carried in our bones and DNA. Many of us are sensing that old ways of coping, planning, or “holding it together” are no longer working, as the membrane between the subconscious and conscious continues to thin and long-buried feelings rise to be met.
Within the video, I share three contrasting expressions of music and voice. A cello lesson illustrates how an E-minor chord must be played with full emotional presence, a women’s choir reveals the power of the primal feminine roar when held in sacred container, and a final song offers beauty and gentleness by contrast. Together, these pieces highlight the difference between comfortable expression and allowing deeper, more primal emotions to move through the whole being.
